... my 30’s hit and I dealt with chronic gut issues and stubborn skin problems for years. I’ve done the gut cleanses, the candida and parasite protocols. I’ve followed a long list of supplements with all their strict rules - this one 60 minutes before food and this one on an empty stomach!! I’ve done the elimination diets for gut health, inflammation, and food sensitivities. Bye bye gluten, sugar, dairy, eggs, and plenty of other amazing foods I had to avoid.
