Let's find your healthiest YOU. The version of healthy you were meant to be before all the diet books, skinny teas, tummy wraps, and hours of calorie counting took over your consciousness. If you have confused your metabolism to the point of no return, let's go back to the way you want to eat. A way you intuitively know is best for you and your body is what we will discover together. I don't believe in one particular diet. What works for one person, might not work for another. I work with women to help mend their relationship with food that, for most, began long ago and might not even have anything with food itself.

I like to say "the way you eat today, should be the way you can eat for the rest of your life." What if that could be possible? It can be. Most meal plans or diets are so restricting and can't be sustained longer than a few weeks or months if you are lucky. Therefore, the results you might see don't last much longer than the time it took to get them. You can have a social life, eat out, and mostly, not feel guilty about eating - all while changing your body. We can't expect deep rooted habits to change overnight. It's going to take some time but I'll be here to guide you through it!
